This stunning apartment in the idyllic town of Port Launay offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Located by the picturesque river Aulne Nantes - Brest canal, it is the perfect retreat. The apartment is filled with natural light, spacious, and has a refreshing ambiance. It is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, cafétiere, kettle, oven, log burner, SKY television, and French TV. Additionally, there is a DVD player, a selection of books, and two comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms includes an ensuite walk-in shower, while a separate toilet is also available. Other convenient features include an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. There is also a smaller single bedroom and a large sous sol area with a new clic clac sofa bed and a leather suite of furniture. The apartment has two separate entrances, allowing for privacy. It can be rented as a whole unit or on a nightly basis, with breakfast included. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, and all bedding and towels are provided. If needed, a high chair and cot bed can also be supplied. Various games and leaflets on nearby attractions are available for entertainment, and the apartment offers a safe enclosed garden with sun loungers, a BBQ, bikes, and a kayak for guests to enjoy. The beautiful, unspoiled beaches are just a 15-minute drive away, while the town of Châteaulin, with its supermarkets, shops, and pavement cafés, is only a 3-minute drive. Port Launay itself boasts a boulangerie, bar, and a restaurant. For outdoor enthusiasts, fishing is conveniently available at the doorstep, and there are numerous opportunities for walks, cycling, tennis, pédalos, and horse riding in the area. The apartment is ideally situated for exploring Brest and Quimper.

Directions

It takes approximately one hour to reach us from Roscoff, 2.5 hours from St. Malo, 35 minutes from Brest, and 20 minutes from Quimper. When approaching Port Launay, make sure to keep the river on your left. As you pass the Quai, you will see our house located under the viaduct, towards the ecluse (lock). Look for a sign with "B 1 B" hanging outside the property, as well as double white iron gates leading to a driveway with secured parking. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to call, and I will personally come and assist you!
