Located just 10 minutes away from junction 23b on the A20 motorway, which is the main route to the South, Spain, and Portugal. Our convenient location ensures that you can enjoy a stress-free overnight stay without the hassle of navigating through a bustling city like Limoges. However, if you do need to visit Limoges for a meeting or any other purpose, it is just a short 30-minute drive away.

Our family-run chambres d` hotès offers four inviting bedrooms for you to choose from. To enhance your stay, we provide a private pool where you can relax and unwind. Upon your arrival, we offer complimentary drinks to make you feel welcome.

Throughout your stay, you can enjoy free hot drinks in our dining room. Unlike many hotels in France, our breakfast is included in the price. Additionally, we provide the convenience of free hot drinks in the dining room at any time, where you can help yourself.

Our accommodation includes two double rooms and two family rooms, each capable of accommodating four people. We also offer a small lounge/dining room and full access to our main lounge and dining room, where you can enjoy Sky TV and a video. For your convenience, we provide private parking at the rear of the house in our large garden, which features a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and a BBQ.

If you prefer dining outdoors, we have a patio area at the front of the house where you can savor al-fresco meals and evening drinks while admiring the breathtaking sunset.

Upon request, we can provide evening meals and BBQ options, including ingredients for a cook-yourself BBQ (additional charges apply). Laundry facilities are available for your convenience, and if you wish to explore the surroundings, we offer mountain bike rentals.

Directions

To reach your destination, take junction 23B off the A20 and continue for 17 kilometers until you reach Magnac Laval. Once there, proceed to the traffic lights and make a left turn onto the D7 road. Drive for 1 kilometer and you will find us on the left side. Our GPS coordinates are 46°12.634' N, 1°10.079' E.
