Welcome to the Gîte "Sécotine" where you will enjoy complete independence on the property. The entrance and terrace, located on the west south side, can be accessed through the door on the street, offering a private and unobstructed view. The covered terrace, facing south, overlooks a beautiful park that is partially shaded and spans 4000m².The Gîte "Sécotine" can accommodate 4 to 5 people comfortably within its 48 m² space. It features two bedrooms, one with a large 160 bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with an integral hydromassage shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels, a toilet, and a storage cupboard. Additionally, there is a second separate toilet and hand wash area for convenience.
