Located in the heart of a picturesque village, this beautiful house spans 90m2 and sits on an 800m2 plot of land. It has been fully restored and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people.The house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave. The cozy living room boasts a fireplace and a television for relaxation.
There are two bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom includes a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), while the second bedroom offers another double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). Additionally, a baby cot and highchair are available for families traveling with infants.
The house also provides a bathroom and separate toilet facilities.
For guests staying in the cottages, breakfast is provided in the fully equipped kitchen.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.

All necessary facilities and the train station are conveniently located within walking distance, approximately 1 kilometer away from the Vauvray Reuil Val stone or 6 kilometers in total. It takes approximately one hour to reach Paris or Deauville, and only 30 minutes to reach Rouen.
