This charming former miller's house, along with the 17th-century mill, is a beautifully preserved architectural ensemble. The mill, which produces its own renewable energy, is nestled in a peaceful countryside surrounded by lush greenery and borders a tranquil wooded valley with a pristine trout river, home to protected animal and plant species.The house is a separate dwelling, situated close to the owners' residence. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a kitchen area and a welcoming fireplace. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room, a separate toilet, and Bedroom 1, which features twin beds and a single bed.
Moving to the first floor, you will find Bedroom 2, equipped with twin beds, a shower room, and a toilet. Upon request, SAT-TV and a telephone (for local calls only) are available, along with baby equipment to ensure a comfortable stay.
Outside, the property boasts a lovely garden with various seating arrangements, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. For added entertainment, there are swings available as well.
