Directions

When coming from the ports along the northern French coast, our recommended route is to head towards Rennes, then Nantes, and finally Bordeaux. By bypassing all towns along the way, you will eventually reach the A10. Take exit 34 at St. Jean d'Angely and continue to bypass the town, following the D939 towards Angouleme. Stay on the D939 until you reach the charming village of Siecq. Once in the village center, turn left at the small crossroads next to the bar. Proceed for 1 kilometer, passing the sign for "Coucoussac". Stay on the road and keep to the left, which will lead you onto Rue de Bellevue. After 50 meters, you will see a large arch in a high stone wall - and there you have arrived! If you are approaching from any other direction, locate the D939 (the main route between La Rochelle and Angouleme) and look for Siecq, which is situated midway between Matha and Rouillac. Once in Siecq, follow the same directions as mentioned above.
