Each house, covering an area of 130m², is spread across the ground and first floor, offering comfortable accommodation for 6 to 7 people.

As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious lounge measuring 45m², complete with an inviting inglenook fireplace and a cozy wood-burning stove. The lounge also features a designated dining area, a comfortable lounge suite, and a color television.

Adjacent to the lounge, you will find a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, boasting modern amenities such as a dishwasher and a microwave for your convenience.

A shower room/WC, which includes a washing machine, is also located on the ground floor.

Moving upstairs via the stairs, you will discover three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable 140 cm x 190 cm bed each, while the third bedroom offers two 90 cm x 190 cm beds. Additionally, a cot and a spare single bed are available for your use.

The two double bedrooms have the luxury of en-suite bathroom/WC facilities.

For outdoor relaxation, each house provides its own patio area, complete with garden dining furniture and sun loungers. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to enjoy the extensive garden, which includes a 10m x 5m swimming pool and a jacuzzi, shared among all residents.

Directions

To reach the destination, you can take either junction 9 of the A62 motorway from Bordeaux or junction 63 of the A20 (E9) from Paris.

Alternatively, you have the option to board the TGV express train from either London or Paris, which will take you directly to Agen or Toulouse.

If you prefer to fly, you can choose to land at Toulouse airport Blagnac, which is approximately 65 km away, by taking a flight with British Airways or Air France. Another option is to fly to Carcassonne airport, which is approximately 120 km away, with Ryan Air.
