Each house, covering an area of 130m², is spread across the ground and first floor, offering comfortable accommodation for 6 to 7 people.As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious lounge measuring 45m², complete with an inviting inglenook fireplace and a cozy wood-burning stove. The lounge also features a designated dining area, a comfortable lounge suite, and a color television.
Adjacent to the lounge, you will find a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, boasting modern amenities such as a dishwasher and a microwave for your convenience.
A shower room/WC, which includes a washing machine, is also located on the ground floor.
Moving upstairs via the stairs, you will discover three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable 140 cm x 190 cm bed each, while the third bedroom offers two 90 cm x 190 cm beds. Additionally, a cot and a spare single bed are available for your use.
The two double bedrooms have the luxury of en-suite bathroom/WC facilities.
For outdoor relaxation, each house provides its own patio area, complete with garden dining furniture and sun loungers. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to enjoy the extensive garden, which includes a 10m x 5m swimming pool and a jacuzzi, shared among all residents.

To reach the destination, you can take either junction 9 of the A62 motorway from Bordeaux or junction 63 of the A20 (E9) from Paris.
