The private room, spanning 12 m², features a comfortable 140 cm bed for two people. It is furnished with a bedside table, desk and chair, and a cupboard with mirrored sliding fronts. The room also offers a window with a mosquito net overlooking the swimming pool. Rest assured, the bedroom is your personal space, where we do not enter to make the beds or clean.

The single-storey villa boasts a swimming pool on a 1200 m² plot of land, ensuring privacy and a south-east orientation. Bed and bathroom linen will be provided, and outdoor parking is available with the possibility of a closed garage.

The villa is equipped with an internet connection for your convenience. The shared spaces with the owners (a couple) include the living room and the open kitchen. The living room features a TV, table, chairs, and an American fridge. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen equipment.

The bathroom offers a jet shower and bathtub, while the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The swimming pool utilizes an electrolyzer, ensuring water quality similar to that of the sea and eliminating the need for chlorine. It is cleaned daily and undergoes scrupulous water quality control.

Enjoy the spacious and sheltered terrace, complete with a table and chairs, as well as a deckchair for relaxation and sunbathing.
