This charming house is situated in the quaint village of Sobreiro. Sobreiro is a small village located between Mafra and Ericeira, known for its renowned artist and Commander Jose Franco. Franco, a master of clay art, transformed the land into a miniature village with mechanized puppets representing various professions and the daily life of old villages.

Within this village, you will also find the Poets House, where thousands of pieces of pottery decorated with written poems by António Batalha can be discovered.

The house is conveniently situated near stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, Coxos, and more. This single-story house offers complete independence with two bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a TV and access to a terrace perfect for enjoying a delightful BBQ while watching the beautiful sunset. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and an office equipped with a computer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The villa is surrounded by a garden and features a 10m by 4m swimming pool, making it an ideal choice for families with children.

The house is located only 500 meters from the village center, where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, food stores, and a local fruit and vegetable market on weekends. Lisbon is easily accessible via the A21 freeway, approximately a 30-minute drive away. There are also several beaches along the Atlantic Coast, perfect for surf, bodyboard, and windsurfing, including the internationally recognized Ribeira dIlhas known for its competitions.

Nature enthusiasts will delight in the opportunity to take long walks in the surrounding area.
