Welcome to our lovely, convenient, and completely private bed and breakfast. Our high-ceiling studio with a private bathroom is located in a separate building on the property of a beautiful Mediterranean home in a quiet, historic neighborhood in Mid-City, Los Angeles. You will have your own private entrance with french doors, ensuring complete privacy. The studio is spotlessly clean and surrounded by fountains and a great landscape. Take a moment to relax on the patio with a cup of tea and croissants.

The fully furnished apartment includes a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your retreat, including a stocked fridge with juice, tea, and water, a convection toaster oven, and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom is clean and has a shower. You will sleep comfortably on the top-quality queen bed with 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and down-alternative quilts.

For breakfast, we provide fair-trade coffee/tea, croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese.

Our location is conveniently located 10-15 minutes away from UCLA or USC, Hollywood, the Grove, or Santa Monica. The freeway entrance is just two blocks away, and there is a bus stop one block from the property. Culver City with its theaters, restaurants, farmers market, and historic attractions is just a ten-minute street or bike ride away. You can easily reach the beach or Venice by taking a direct route or biking along the bike path. Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits are all just a ten-minute drive away.

The owner speaks French and Spanish and is happy to help you plan your stay and explain the area.

We provide free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. Our internet connection is very strong and fast, thanks to the Lynksys E4200 router.

Free parking is available, and we also provide a hair dryer and iron for your convenience. An iPod dock clock-radio is also included.

The water on the property is filtered, and we provide R.O. filtered drinking water in the studio. The shower heats up quickly and provides hot water. Meals and laundry service are available for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio next to the apartment.

Please note that we have a 2-3 night minimum stay requirement.
