Today, it offers a range of holiday apartments available for weekly or short-term rentals, including a bed and breakfast option. These apartments vary in size and can accommodate two to four people.The property features a spacious hall with a cozy fireplace, comfortable armchairs, complimentary internet access, various entertainment options such as games, books, magazines, and a video projector. Additionally, there is a large underground garage where guests can store and work on their bikes, skis, and other equipment.
Nestled within an expansive 8000 square meter (over three acres) grounds, Villa du Parc boasts majestic century-old trees and breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, as well as relax on deck chairs, have barbecues, and let children play in the designated playground area. The property is conveniently located on the outskirts of Prades, allowing guests to reach the town center within a ten-minute walk. There, they can indulge in a variety of amenities such as restaurants, cinemas, concerts, shops, and a weekly market.
Thanks to Prades' exceptional location, guests can partake in their favorite holiday activities. Directions
To reach Andorra, follow the motorway towards Spain/Barcelona. Upon reaching Perpignan, make a right turn towards Andorra. After driving for approximately 40 km, you will arrive in Prades. From there, simply continue straight ahead on the old main road. Our location is situated at the exit of Prades.
