Description for Gite

The spacious main room, measuring approximately 18 square meters, features a well-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric hotplate, three gas rings, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. It also includes dishes and essential electrical appliances for everyday use. The room is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa, a TV, and a small library. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove, ensuring a cozy atmosphere.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed (180cm). Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine. The top floor boasts an attic room with two single beds (90cm), which is illuminated by a window and a skylight.

For those who enjoy dining outdoors, there is a small balcony and a cozy barbecue area with a table and chairs. The gîte, named Juliet's House, holds a two-ear accreditation from Gîte de France. Please note that pets are not allowed. The rental is available on a weekly basis throughout the year, with a minimum stay of 2-4 nights for weekends (excluding July and August). There is a supplementary charge of €50 per week for heating.
