This vacation rental offers the choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms on the first floor of a scenic countryside villa, nestled between a beautiful lake and majestic mountains. As a guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs area.The rental includes the following amenities:
- Complimentary parking space for your convenience.
- A charming bedroom with a balcony, featuring a comfortable 140 cm bed, a table, an armchair, and ample storage space.
- A versatile bedroom that can be arranged with either two 80 cm beds or one spacious 160 cm bed.
- Your own private bathroom complete with a toilet, washbasin, and a bath/shower combination.
- A designated relaxation area equipped with a library, a cozy sofa, and a rocking chair.

To reach the Gerbaix house, follow these travel directions:
1. If you are coming from the A43 Lyon-Chambéry motorway toll, it will take you approximately 5 minutes to reach the Gerbaix house.
2. If you are traveling from Chambéry or Aix les Bains, it will take you around 20 minutes to reach the Gerbaix house.
3. If you are coming from Annecy, it will take you approximately 35 minutes to reach the Gerbaix house.
4. If you are traveling from Lyon, Grenoble, or Geneva, it will take you around 60 minutes to reach the Gerbaix house.
To get to the Gerbaix house from the A43 Lyon-Chambéry, follow these steps:
1. Take exit 12 labeled "lac daiguebelette".
2. Proceed to completely cross the village of Novalaise in the direction of Yenne.
3. At the exit of Novalaise, take the first road on the left which goes under a small chapel.
4. Follow the D40 road towards Gerbaix and Saint Pierre DAlvey for approximately 1.6 kilometers.
5. The Maison de Gerbaix will be located on the right side of the road.
Following these directions will lead you to the Gerbaix house.
