Welcome to La Panacée, our luxurious bed and breakfast. Located in the Lot region, at the border of the Dordogne and the Corrèze, our residence exudes charm and tranquillity.Nestled in the small hamlet of Rignac, part of the municipality of Cuzance, our traditional farmhouse with outbuildings offers a delightful escape. The historic region boasts breathtaking landscapes, captivating caves, magnificent castles, stunning architecture, and culinary delights.
La Panacée boasts 2.47 acres of beautiful grounds for you to unwind and relax. Take a dip in our refreshing swimming pool or bask in the sun on the terrace. If you're in the mood for some friendly competition, our boules court awaits. And as you sit under the shade of the ancient lime tree, you'll be treated to a breathtaking view of the Lot hills.
Not only do we provide a delicious breakfast, included in your stay, but we also offer lunch and dinner options at La Panacée. By the pool area, you can indulge in our homemade snacks and chilled beverages.
In 2008 and 2009, we transformed our farmhouse and outbuildings into a luxurious bed and breakfast. Our accommodation consists of five guest rooms in total. Four of these rooms are located in the converted barn adjacent to the house, offering two double rooms and two family rooms with two bedrooms each. The fifth room, situated in a separate outbuilding, is handicapped accessible.

La Panacée a tout ce que nous souhaitions de notre vacance de pâque. Un endroit charmant avec une tranquilité immense, une atmosphère fantastique et des hôtes hypersympas et accuillants qui savent gâter leurs clients - aussi avec une cuisine delicieuse. Merci à Lisette et Arjan de donner une vacance formidable à nos gosses et nous.
Directions
Directions to La Panacée:
La Panacée is located in the heart of the Dordogne valley, in Rignac, which is 4.5 km away from Cuzance. The nearest town is Souillac, which is 7 km away. If you are arriving from the North of France, follow these directions:
1. Take the A20 towards Toulouse.
2. Take Exit Sortie 54, just before the toll, towards Gouffre de Padirac/Gramat/Rocamadour. This is a 10-minute drive to La Panacée.
3. After the toll, turn right at the roundabout N140 towards Decazeville/Rodez/Martel, passing the Renault dealership.
4. At the signpost for D33 Cuzance, turn right and follow the road.
5. When you approach Cuzance, turn right at the village square and follow the signs for Eglise de Rignac. Then, turn left as you leave Cuzance, following the sign for Eglise de Rignac. This will lead you to a country lane (4.5 km to Rignac).
6. As you approach Rignac, you will see a sign for Rignac. Immediately turn right and La Panacée will be the first property on your left.
If you are arriving from the South of France, follow these directions:
1. Take the A20 towards Cahors/Toulouse.
2. Take Exit Sortie 55 towards Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne/Souillac.
3. At the roundabout, take the direction D703/803 to Sarlat/Souillac and Vallée de la Dordogne.
4. When you reach Souillac (roundabout with the water fountain), turn right towards D820 to Brive and Cressensac.
5. The road will climb up a hill and become a dual carriageway. Once on the dual carriageway, take the first right, signposted D103 Eglise de Rignac.
6. Follow the road over the autoroute and up a hill until it becomes a small country lane.
7. As you approach Rignac, turn left at the church and follow the ascending road. At the top, take a left and La Panacée will be the first property on your left.
If you are using a Satellite Navigation System, be careful not to use Rignac as the address. Instead, use Cuzance and follow the signs to Rignac. There is another Rignac near Rocamadour, and you may be directed to the wrong village.
