The fusion of Irish antiques and art with the elegant French architecture creates a charming and harmonious ambiance throughout the house. Sarah and Steven, known for their warm Irish hospitality, invite you to experience the beauty of the Midi Pyrenees region in South West France.

Sarah's culinary expertise, acquired through her studies in Paris, pairs perfectly with Steven's heritage as part of the renowned Irish culinary and hospitable Allen clan. Their passion for food and wine is evident in the sumptuous dinners they offer, prepared using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients. Each year, Steve raises two "Noir de Gascon" pigs, which Sarah skillfully transforms into delectable terrines, pates, saucisses, and hams. In addition, Steven ensures the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh vegetables, flavorful tomatoes, fragrant herbs, and even the luxury of saffron.
