Adventurous individuals can explore the nearby hiking trails.To cool off, we recommend visiting the Ales nautical center or participating in the various river activities. If you prefer the tranquility of large trees, a visit to the Bamboo and its ancient redwoods is a must.
For evening entertainment, the National Theatre of Ales offers a diverse and exciting program.
Within a 20 km radius, you will find Anduze, Uzès, Saint Jean du Gard, and other charming small towns in the Cevennes region with their delightful markets, vibrant colors, and flavors of the south.
For a peaceful experience, you can simply take a small road behind the Mas des Chenes, which ascends into the hills, offering opportunities for long walks, mushroom hunting, or chestnut picking.

Accommodating up to 4 people, it offers a private terrace and a delightful summer kitchen, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the soothing ambiance of the surroundings.The interior of the cottage is tastefully decorated and features a bedroom, a living room with a TV and complimentary internet access, a kitchen/dining area complete with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, cooker, and fridge freezer, as well as a convenient shower room.
Outside, in the enchanting garden, you will find a tranquil pergola providing shade, along with a barbecue for enjoying al fresco dining.
