This house is situated in a peaceful rural area called Almudévar, which is conveniently located near the cities of Zaragoza and Huesca, accessible by highway. It offers an ideal setting for relaxation and getting away from it all, while also serving as a great starting point for exploring the Expo, Zaragoza, Sierra de Guara, Pyrenees, Los Monegros, and other popular tourist destinations in the provinces of Huesca and Zaragoza. The owners of the house are very knowledgeable about the region and are happy to provide advice and recommendations.

There are three bedrooms available for guests to use. The large room is equipped with two beds, a built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, and television, providing a comfortable space spanning 14 square meters. The small room also has two beds and a wardrobe, covering an area of 10 square meters. The bathroom is shared among the three rooms and measures 6 square meters. Additionally, there is a spacious attic measuring almost 30 square meters, featuring a television, stereo, bed, couch, books, magazines, and ample natural light. This attic also serves as a lounge area when not occupied. Guests are welcome to share the living room and kitchen with the owners.
