This stunning Basque house is situated just 2km away from the town center of Sare, providing convenient access to all amenities such as a pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, SPAR, and a medical group consisting of doctors, dentists, osteo physiotherapists, nurses, podiatrists, and speech therapists. Additionally, there are numerous bars and restaurants in the vicinity.The house features a beautiful bean-shaped family pool with a gradual depth ranging from 140cm to 180cm, covering an area of 9.5m in length and 6m in width. For added safety, there is a security alarm installed. Each holidaymaker can enjoy sunbathing facilities provided.
Furthermore, there is a boulodrome with approved dimensions for those interested in playing the popular French game of boules.
Surrounded by a large enclosed garden measuring 1,500m2 with trees, the property also boasts a spacious terrace with a view of the pool. A summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and barbecue is available for guests' use. Additionally, there is a large car park with an electric gate for convenient parking.

Ideally situated in a lush green setting, the property is only 5 minutes away from the Spanish border, 15 minutes from St Jean de Luz/Ciboure and their beaches, 25 minutes from Bidart, Biarritz/Anglet/Bayonne, 45 minutes from San Sebastian, and 45 minutes from Hossegor/Capbreton.
The house offers free WIFI and includes access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Please note that pets are not allowed, although we do love them dearly. This is a quiet and residential area, so it is not suitable for young revelers.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own.
The property is registered with the town hall and the tourist office.
