Located 200 m from Lake Orta in the Oira fraction of Nonio, the Host/Guesthouse House is a two-story country house that has been partially renovated while preserving its period architectural structure.

The first floor boasts a charming courtyard, perfect for enjoying meals and peaceful conversations. Inside, the atmosphere is enhanced by beautiful arches and paintings, creating a romantic and relaxing ambiance.

On the second floor, a stunning balcony offers expansive views and showcases newer wooden structures, as well as a remarkable high ceiling.

Large windows not only provide ample natural light but also seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, contributing to the overall brightness and warmth of the rooms. The bright yellow color scheme adds to the soothing and contemplative atmosphere.

The ground floor features high-quality materials that retain heat and minimize noise when moving around.
