Description:

Description for B&B:

The origins of the house can be traced back to 1299, as documented in the Estivareilles liève (cadastre). Similarly, the mill's existence is recorded in the Napoleonic cadastral plan of 1826. The mill, which is still standing, operated until 1930, and a sawmill was later added to compensate for its closure.

Situated at an elevation of 900m, this location offers a rejuvenating experience amidst lush green surroundings.

We offer three guest rooms that are available for rent.

Each rental includes access to a relaxation area and a communal kitchen, where guests have the option to cook using hotplates, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.

A delicious breakfast, either sweet or savory depending on your preference, is served in the kitchen area from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. We are flexible with breakfast timings upon request.

The 20m² bedroom features a private bathroom and toilet, along with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200mm). The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower measuring 90 x 90cm, as well as suspended toilets. We provide towels for your convenience, and there is also the possibility of adding a crib for a baby.

Complimentary WiFi is available in the room, and guests are welcome to use the relaxation area and shared kitchen for their convenience.

For those looking for a short stay, we offer nightly rentals.

The rate per night is 89 euros, which includes breakfast and the tourist tax per person.

Appréciations pour Chez Perlette, Merle-leignec:

Merci
Review by: Gilbert equis , Aou 14 2024 8:14AM
