Property description: This fully furnished independent house is located on the first floor and offers easy access to the countryside. The owners live nearby and are available for any assistance. The bright and spacious living area faces south and east, providing beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The first floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The living room is a comfortable space with two sofas, one sofa bed (140cm), one armchair, a fireplace, TV, and Hi-fi system. There are three bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other two with double beds (140cm) and twin beds (90cm) respectively. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

In the basement, there is a washing machine and a table tennis playroom. The property also has a lovely garden (130m²) with a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment. Guests have access to a mobile phone card and WiFi.

Additional charges apply for oil-fired central heating (€1.00/liter), electricity usage beyond 8 kWh/day (€0.08/kWh), bed linen, towels, and housekeeping services (€8/person for each). A cleaning service at the end of the stay can be arranged for an additional fee of €45. A refundable deposit of €250 is required.

The rental price includes water, cooking gas, and 8 kWh of electricity per day. However, the price does not include heating, electricity usage beyond 8 kWh/day, bed linen, towels, or cleaning services.
