The room can accommodate up to 3 guests with a bed size of 160x200 and a bed size of 90x190. Sheets are provided. Additionally, we offer a crib, high chair, and baby changing mat. The room has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a spacious closet for your convenience.The former stables, measuring 45 square meters, feature a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living and sleeping area. The sleeping area includes a BZ and a single bed, both with linens provided. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, and a dishwasher. Other amenities include a fridge, iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi.
For our cottage guests, breakfast is included and provided in the apartments.
The rates for bed and breakfast are as follows:
- €65 for one person per night, including breakfast
- €80 for two persons per night, including breakfast
- Children up to 12 years old are charged €25 per night
- Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Located in an old farmhouse, the "Eure Cottage and Barn" is a charming accommodation option in Rouen. The cottage and barn have been fully restored and offer two separate apartments, each with their own entrance and access to a shared courtyard. Ideal for families or small groups, the apartments have a generous size of 80m2 and 100m2 respectively.The first apartment, situated in a converted barn from 1873, features a spacious suite that is sure to captivate you. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a private shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living room with a BZ sofa bed. Additionally, the suite boasts a private terrace and is equipped with a baby cot and high chair.
The second apartment, certified with 3 keys by Clévacances and a 3-star accreditation from the prefecture, offers comfortable and tranquil accommodation. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a massaging shower jet, a separate toilet, and a spacious living area. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. A large closet provides ample storage space. The living room doubles as a sleeping area with a BZ sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The apartment is equipped with all necessary household items, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchenware, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. Other amenities include a TV and wifi access.
The rental price includes 8 kW of electricity and water per day, while any excess electricity usage is charged separately. Towels can be rented for an additional fee of €5 per person, and there is an option to have the accommodation cleaned for €150. Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of €500 and a separate cleaning deposit of €150 are required.
