Description for B&B:

Fréderique and Jacques instantly fell in love with this architecturally stunning 1950s house nestled in the heart of the enchanting Minervois region. With great enthusiasm, they decided to transform it into a charming guest house.

Situated on the outskirts of a historical village in the upper Minervois, and in close proximity to the medieval city of Carcassonne, the house boasts breathtaking panoramic views over the surrounding fields adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and the magnificent Alaric and Pyreneen mountains.

To ensure a comfortable stay, three uniquely designed and air-conditioned bedrooms await, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Alternatively, for those seeking a more romantic and unconventional experience, we offer "La bohème," an authentic Prague caravan.

Fréderique and Jacques, former art gallery owners, will proudly showcase their collection of contemporary sculptures and artworks for your enjoyment.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the grandeur of a majestic magnolia tree, setting the tone for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Take a leisurely stroll through the sprawling park, adorned with towering cedar trees.

Indulge in a delightful "table d'hôte" meal, where authentic local delicacies such as foie gras, farm poultry, and fresh stream water trouts are expertly paired with the finest wines from the Minervois and Cabardès regions.

Each of our three bedrooms is thoughtfully decorated to reflect a unique theme, accommodating varying numbers of guests. Rest assured, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

For your convenience, "Clos du Moulin" offers a private car park, while bicycles are available for guests to explore the tranquil countryside roads surrounding the village.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast experience, savoring homemade pastries and jams, served either on the terrace or in the inviting veranda from 8:30 am onwards.

Description for Gite

Experience the enchantment of travel and escape, even in the stillness of a caravan. This timeless sanctuary embraces every dream, preserving the sacred and revered traditions of the past. In an era when caravans were ceremoniously set ablaze upon their owners' passing, those surviving from the early 20th century are exceptionally rare. Step into "The Bohème," an authentic Prague caravan from the 1920s, adorned with exquisite oiled oak paneling and adorned mirrors, promising a haven of comfort and tranquility for an extraordinary and magical retreat. Adjacent to this whimsical abode, a charming chalet awaits, featuring a serene wooden terrace, a modern bathroom with essential amenities, and a self-sufficient kitchenette. Nestled beneath towering trees in the park, the Boheme caravan promises a serene haven for a truly peaceful holiday experience.
