There are also two air-conditioned rooms with high-end comfort, each with their own bathroom. The original terrazzo floors have been preserved to maintain the signature art deco style of the house. The materials used, contemporary decoration, and level of equipment are all designed to ensure guests' comfort in any season.

This luxurious guest apartment has been meticulously renovated to offer two rooms with top-of-the-line comfort. The original terrazzo floors have been preserved to maintain the house's signature art deco style. During your stay, you will have access to the various amenities and thoughtful touches provided by the owners, Alain and Pascal, ensuring your comfort and relaxation.Situated on a private floor exclusively for guests, the apartment consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room is filled with natural light and equipped with a SmartTV, Chromecast, and Canal+ channels. You can also enjoy the balcony-terrace facing South-East, providing a pleasant outdoor space.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom features a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, also with an ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. Each room is equipped with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a desk. Additionally, four bikes are at your disposal, including two with electric assistance.
