There are two individual bedrooms located on the upper floor, along with a shared space that includes a kitchen area measuring 12m². A detached WC is also available. Each room is equipped with a walk-in shower and a towel radiator. The property features electric heating and double glazing. Additionally, it includes essential appliances such as an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. WE du 1er mai 2010 : un agréable séjour en famille
Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour chez Martine BRONDEL, une hôtesse charmante qui nous a gâtés pendant ces deux jours. Endroit calme, logement très propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré, idéal pour une famille avec petits enfants. Les viennoiseries, le jus de raisin "maison" et le beaujolais, Hum!!!!
Directions
Take exit 32 on the A6 motorway and look for signs indicating Lyon on road D 306. Once you reach the entrance handles, turn right at the roundabout onto road D APPLE 70E. Continue for approximately 1.5 km and then turn onto road D70 towards the entrance of APPLE. From there, turn left towards SERIOUS ANSE and drive for another 1.5 km. You will find our field located on the right in the hamlet of SERIOUS, marked by a panel on a well made of golden stone.
