This charming gite is spread across three levels. On the ground floor, you will find two entrances, a cozy living room with a comfortable three-seater sofa and a flat-screen TV with wireless internet access. Additionally, there is a spacious living/dining area that can accommodate up to 15 people for breakfast, as well as a separate lounge area with another three-seater sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen boasts three gas rings, a multifunction oven, two microwaves, a dishwasher, a cooker, and a fridge. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a toilet, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer, as well as a laundry room complete with a washer and dryer.Moving on to the first floor, you will discover a delightful 25 m² suite featuring a comfortable 160 cm x 200 cm bed, a generous dressing room, and a private bathroom. Additionally, there are three bedrooms on this floor, each furnished with a cozy double bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm. A bathroom with a toilet and a heated towel rack is also available.
The second floor offers a charming suite with three beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm and a convenient sink.
Outside, you can enjoy two outdoor terraces with garden furniture, offering lovely views of the private 400 m² garden.
For an additional fee, you can also take advantage of the fantastic amenities available, including a heated indoor pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, a fitness room, massages, breakfast, and room service.
