Located in a picturesque village known for its apple brandy production, it is situated on the historic beaches where the Allied forces landed on June 6, 1944 (Omaha Beach). Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in the pleasures of the sea, relax on the fine sandy beach, and enjoy various water sports activities. Nature lovers will also appreciate the numerous coastal and forest hikes available within 800 meters. The nearby Regional Park of the Marshes of Cotentin and Bessin is an additional attraction, offering the chance to observe various bird species such as water hens, herons, and cranes, depending on the season. The accommodation's proximity to exceptional historic sites, including the American cemeteries in Colleville, the German cemetery in Cambe, and the famous Bayeux Tapestry depicting the Queen Mathilde's story (15 minutes away), is an added advantage. Très bon séjour
J'ai séjourné dans ce gîte avec mes parents et leur petit chien, nous avons vraiment apprécié.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et la situation est idéale pour visiter les plages du débarquement. Quant à notre petit chien, il était au paradis grâce au beau jardin qui entoure la maison.
