The Peony is a spacious and comfortable gite located on the first floor, offering 130 m2 of living space. With a capacity for 7/8 persons, this gite is perfect for a family or a group of friends.Upon entering, you will find a covered terrace (12m2) with a cozy garden living room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The dining room (25m2) can accommodate seven persons and features a living area with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a color television, and air conditioning for your comfort.
The equipped kitchen (15m2) is fully functional and includes an oven with pyrolysis cleaning, a gas stove with four burners, a microwave, a fridge freezer, and a dishwasher with a capacity of nine place settings. Other amenities include a coffee maker and a bread grill.
The Peony offers four bedrooms, two measuring 12 m2 and one measuring 25 m2, each equipped with comfortable beds for two persons. There is also a smaller bedroom measuring 10 m2 with a single bed.
The gite features a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing board. Central heating powered by gas ensures a cozy and warm atmosphere throughout the property.
For your convenience, bed sheets can be provided at an additional cost of 15 Euros per pair.
