Welcome to the vacation home "Bec des Etagnes" located in Bleusy, Haute-Nendaz, Switzerland. This ancient typical Valais farmhouse is situated in the quiet hamlet of Bleusy, just 1.8 km outside of Haute-Nendaz. Accessible all year round, the house is nestled at an altitude of 1400 m, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. There is a car park nearby and the Post-Bus-Stop "Chapelle du Bleusy" and Hotel/Restaurant "Auberge du Bleusy" are only 150 m away. Please note that this property is not recommended for physically handicapped individuals or children under 4 years old.

During the winter season, there is a Ski-Bus every 30 minutes from the nearby Bus-Stop to Nendaz or Siviez, providing easy access to the ski area "4 vallees". Families can also enjoy a tax reduction on ski-lift subscriptions. In the summer season, this area is perfect for hiking, offering breathtaking trails in the southern part of the canton Wallis.

The chalet offers a comfortable living space of 65 m2 spread over 2 levels, accommodating up to 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 210 l fridge, electric stove with 3 cooking plates and an oven, a 200 l boiler, condiments, tableware, a coffee machine with filter, and dinnerware for Fondue and Raclette-oven. The living room features a corner seat with a dining table, a club counter, closets, carpeted floor, radio, and satellite TV (Astra & Hotbird antenna) with all Swiss channels. Please note that there is no telephone connection.

The bedrooms consist of one bedroom on the ground floor with a 90/200 cm bed and a closet, and one bedroom on the first floor with one 90/200 cm bed and one double 90/200 cm bed. Please note that the first-floor bedroom is accessed via an open wooden staircase in the attic floor. Bedding, including molleton, blanket, bedspread, and pillows, is provided. However, guests are required to bring their own ticks and linen, or there is an option to rent bedclothes and bathclothes for an additional fee of Fr 20.-* / 5.-*. Please note that prices are subject to change.

The water heating is provided by the communal water supply of Nendaz with a 200 liter boiler. Electricity usage is not included in the rental price and will be charged based on usage in kilowatt-hours. This will be deducted from your deposit. A visitor's tax is also applicable, with a rate of Sfr 2.50 per adult and Sfr. 1.25 per child aged 6 to 16 years old per night.

Cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the renter, and cleaning agents and a vacuum cleaner are available. However, if desired, a cleaning service can be arranged for a fee of CHF 100.-. The lease term starts on Saturdays and the minimum stay is 1 week (7 days). Acceptance of the property is done via self-service by the renter with a document of acceptance. A deposit of CHF 200.- is required, and please note that smoking is prohibited in the house area. Domestic animals are allowed upon request.
