Description for B&B:

Our bed and breakfast is situated in Varennes in Argonne, a historically significant location associated with the French Revolution. However, our charming house is nestled amidst the major battlefields of the First World War. This unique positioning, only 20 minutes away from Verdun and surrounded by the beautiful Argonne Forest, makes it an ideal destination for those seeking to delve into the history of the Great War. Nevertheless, if you prefer a tranquil and verdant setting, our quaint village offers the perfect retreat.

Immerse yourself in the forest with a leisurely mountain bike ride or enjoy a peaceful canoeing trip along the river that runs adjacent to our home. For culinary enthusiasts, join us for a delightful dinner at our table, where we primarily serve locally sourced and homemade products. Our accommodations are housed in a renovated Lorraine-style house, offering completely refurbished rooms that still maintain their traditional charm. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, toilet, wifi, a comfortable 160x200 bed, and a television. Additionally, guests are welcome to relax on the terrace, especially during favorable weather conditions.
