We offer a spacious loft/duplex that can accommodate 1 to 5 people. Located in Evere, it is situated on the 3rd floor of our house. The loft has a total area of 70m².

Conveniently positioned between Brussels Airport (7 km) and the city center (6 km), and in close proximity to NATO headquarters. Public transportation options, including frequent tramways and a Villo-bicycle station, are easily accessible.

The loft has a private entrance through our garage and is equipped with a lift, making it accessible for disabled individuals. Upon request, we can provide a parking space for a car in our garage.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a welcome breakfast that includes coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, jam, and cereals.

Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the loft consists of one room with a double bed (160 cm), single beds in a mezzanine area, and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, a double sink, a hairdryer, and towels.

The kitchen, along with a dining area, is fully equipped with cookware, kitchen utensils, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. Additionally, there is a Senseo coffee machine for your convenience.

Other amenities provided include an iron and ironing board, cable TV, a DVD player, internet connection (both cable and WiFi), and central heating. You will also find Belgian comics and guidebooks available in the loft's bookcase.
