The discount is a lovely three-bedroom house in the heart of Tuchan, nestled in the picturesque Cathar Country. Recently renovated, each bedroom boasts its own en-suite with a shower, sink, and toilet. With a capacity to accommodate up to six people, this charming house offers a comfortable stay.

The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, complete with a pool table for entertainment. The bedrooms are conveniently located on the upper floor. Outside, guests can enjoy the exclusive use of an adult-only swimming pool (8.5mx 5m), along with a summer kitchen, terraces, a garden, and private parking. Please note that picnics are not permitted around the pool or in the garden.

Tuchan itself offers a range of amenities, including a small supermarket, a bar-restaurant, a bank, a pharmacy, doctors, a hair salon, a swimming pool, and a renowned wine cooperative. Nearby attractions include the Aguilar Castle, dating back to the eleventh century, as well as the Cathar Castles such as Quéribus and Peyrepertuse, located just a few kilometers away.
