On the first floor, you will find three charming bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower room. Downstairs, there is a spacious 27 m2 room at the disposal of our guests, complete with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave for your convenience.

To start your day right, breakfast and Table d'Hôtes are served in the living room of your hospitable hosts, with its beautiful bay window.

Furthermore, your hosts also manage a delightful country gite on the property, perfect for accommodating up to four guests.

Rest assured, communication won't be an issue as your hosts are fluent in English. Additionally, there is a private car park available for your convenience. Please note that pets are not accepted.

The gite, known as "Le Gîte Clos du Tertre," features a cozy living-dining room complete with a fireplace and television for relaxation. The fully equipped American kitchen allows guests to prepare their meals with ease. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a convenient shower room with a toilet.

For adventure enthusiasts, this gite is conveniently located next to two internationally renowned climbing sites, namely "Dame Jouanne" and "Les Trois Pignons." Exploring these sites promises an exhilarating experience.

The hosts are fluent in English, ensuring effective communication with guests. A private car park is available for the convenience of those arriving by car. However, please note that pets are not accepted in this accommodation.

Directions

To get to the destination, which is 12 km South-West of Fontainebleau, you have three transportation options:

By car:
1. If you are coming from the A6 Motorway, take Exit N°14 labeled "Ury - Malesherbes". Then, turn right onto N152 towards Orléans. Drive for approximately 3 km until you reach La Chapelle la Reine.
2. Alternatively, if you are already in Fontainebleau, head towards the "Obélisque round-about". From there, take N152 towards Orléans and continue driving for approximately 12 km until you reach La Chapelle la Reine.
Once in La Chapelle la Reine, at the second traffic light on N152 (driving towards Orléans), make a left turn onto D16 towards "Nemours-Larchant". Then, take the second road on your left. The destination, Le Clos du Tertre, is located at N°6 of the "Chemin des Vallées".

By train:
The nearest train station is Saint-Pierre les Nemours Train Station, which is located 12 km away. Your hosts may be able to pick you up from this train station. Another option is Fontainebleau Train Station, which is 15 km away.

By air:
If you are arriving by air, Orly Airport is the closest option, located 60 km away. Alternatively, Charles de Gaulle Airport is located 100 km away.
