The port of Paimpol is only a 5-minute drive away, while the nearby forest offers great opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The beach and estuary Trieux are just 3 km away, and the boat to the island of Bréhat can be reached in 10 minutes. Tréguier is also within a 15-minute drive, and the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu and the pink granite coast are both just 20 minutes away.

There are numerous beaches, such as Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec, in the area, as well as attractions like Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 hiking circuit, the groove Talbert, and remarkable gardens. Additionally, St Malo, Brest, and Rennes are all within a 1.5-hour drive.

The house itself is a recent wooden frame construction and is fully equipped. On the ground floor, there is an entrance that leads into a spacious living room with a combined dining and kitchen area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a cloakroom and a separate toilet. The living room features a large bay window that opens onto a south-facing terrace and a garden surrounded by wooded slopes. The house also offers computer access and internet via wifi.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a double wardrobe, and a large desk. The second bedroom has a "coin" bed (120 cm) and a single bed, along with a wardrobe. There is a bathroom on this floor as well, which includes a shower, sink, cupboards, and towel storage. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with a sofa bed and a baby bed.

For rental periods, a minimum of 2 nights is required during the off-season, while full weeks from Saturday to Saturday are required during the high summer season. Water and electricity costs are not included in the rental price and are based on meter readings, with an average consumption of about 20 per week for 4 people.

Pets are allowed, but only if they are calm, clean, well-behaved, and kept on a leash. Note that there are cats and horses in close proximity to the property.

There is also a convenient cloakroom and a WC on this floor. The large bay window provides a beautiful view of the south-facing garden terrace, which is perfect for outdoor relaxation. The garden is surrounded by picturesque wooded slopes.

The house is equipped with a computer and offers internet access through wifi or CPL outlet. Moving upstairs, you will find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm), a spacious double wardrobe, and a large office space. There is another bedroom with a unique "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor features a shower, sink, cupboards, and towel storage. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with a sofa bed and a baby bed if needed.
