The house is a two-story dwelling. The ground floor comprises of a kitchen area and a lounge, both of which cover an area of 35 m2. Moving to the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which can accommodate a cot for children up to 4 years old. Additionally, there is a bathroom equipped with a bath/shower and toilet.Various additional services are available for guests. For instance, bed linen and towels can be rented, with a charge of 7.50 EUR per person per week for each. Guests can also request breakfast, which is only available on Sunday mornings. A deposit of 100 euros is required, and a cleaning fee of 35 euros will be charged upon departure. For those with pets, there is a fee of 7.50 euros. Lastly, the electricity consumption rate is 0.15 euros per kilowatt.
