Each bedroom is equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, LCD TV, mosquito nets on windows, orthopedic mattresses, and wooden bed bases. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms available, each complete with a hairdryer, bath towels, and courtesy accessories.
Mrs. Raffaella Giansanti, the owner, is more than happy to assist guests with information, maps, and any questions they may have in English, Spanish, or Italian.

To get to the B&B, follow these travel directions:
1. Take the exit for Mantova Nord from motorway A22.
2. Follow the signs for Mantova centre.
3. Cross Mottella and then cross San Giorgio bridge.
4. Stay on the right side along the lake.
5. At the traffic light, make a left turn.
6. Cross the Train Station and continue on the right side at the 2 roundabouts.
7. On the railway bridge, take the second left exit (direction Parma, ss 420).
8. Keep going straight for approximately 4 km.
9. As soon as you see the 'Eremo' sign on your right, make the first left onto Via Mantegna.
10. Then, take the 6th left, which is Via Francia.
11. The B&B's street number is 11 on Via Francia.
