This comfortable and furnished studio is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as TV, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and electric heating for added warmth. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Positioned on the ground floor with a south-facing orientation, there is also parking available and a garden with a barbecue.

Situated in the heart of the Valley Blanche at an elevation of 1067 meters, Selonnet is a charming mountain village. Here, you can indulge in a range of winter activities including alpine and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, dog sled rides, and ice skating. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, either with or without donkeys, as well as quad biking, paragliding, swimming, and fishing.

The studio is conveniently located less than 5 km away from three ski resorts: St Jean Montclar, Chabanon/Selonnet, and Grand Puy. It is also only 15 km from the beautiful Serre-Ponçon lake, 40 km from Barcelonnette or Digne les Bains, 45 km from Gap, 150 km from Grenoble, 200 km from Marseille, 250 km from Lyon, and 700 km from Paris or Lille.
