Escape to a picturesque corner of paradise with our charming loft conversion, La Grange d'ArtDèche. Situated in a traditional Ardèche farmhouse, this 50 m2 barn has been beautifully renovated in a contemporary loft style, showcasing the works of talented artists and trendy decor. Perfect for a couple, our rental is available from April to October 2022.Nestled at the rear of our restored farmhouse, enjoy complete privacy and a separate entrance as you immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature. Surrounded by mountains and forests, our location offers endless opportunities for breathtaking hikes along rarely frequented paths. With easy access to three rivers, you can also indulge in water activities.
Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable 180 bed, and a lounge area with a sofa and satellite TV. Refresh yourself in the modern shower room, complete with a separate toilet. Step outside onto the spacious terrace, which boasts a private garden and offers uninterrupted views.
Just a two-minute drive from Saint Martin de Valamas, a charming village that has everything you need, including shops, bars, and restaurants. For added convenience, the village is also home to a supervised water park during July and August.
