We offer comfortable apartments with various amenities such as TV, TNT, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and wireless Internet. Additionally, each room is equipped with a personal safe. Our location is conveniently situated only 100 yards away from the bus stop, with free bikes available for use and nearby shops. For transportation, we are just a 3-minute walk from the subway, railway station, and airport shuttle.Our pricing options include a week-long stay with 7 nights at 340 Q1 for a 30m2 apartment, 400 for a T2 of 40m2, and 460 for a T2bis of 60m2. Final cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 60 per apartment.
We also provide optional services such as bed linen packages for 20 per bed (including sheets, towels, etc.) and garage parking for 6 per night. Catered meals, beauty services, and hairdresser services can be arranged at your convenience.
To make a reservation, you can choose from payment options including cheque, bank transfer, or cash. A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required.

- If you prefer to come by plane, the Toulouse Blagnac airport is approximately 15-20 minutes away from downtown by taxi. It takes around 30 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus to the station (SNC F) which is a 3-minute walk from the Riad residence. The round trip fare is 4 euros, and 6 euros for a return ticket.
