Location: This charming house is situated along the main road in the village of BUN, nestled between the school and the church.Description: The ground floor features an entrance, a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Amenities include a freezer, water heater, and washing machine. The living room is equipped with a kitchen, oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, microwave, fireplace, TV, armchairs, and a sofa.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a single bed and a double bed, and one with a double bed and an additional single bed. Each bedroom has a door that opens to an exterior gallery overlooking the beautiful field with trees and a lawn. On the third level, there are two spacious attic rooms with double beds and a baby cot, as well as a separate toilet. The house is well-insulated and has electric heating. Outside, there is a barbecue and garden furniture, all within a fully enclosed and fenced 900 m2 grassy field with trees.
This comfortable and independent house offers all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant.
