You are guaranteed a warm welcome at our recently renovated property. Each bedroom is equipped with private showers, washbasins, and toilets. The spacious suite is perfect for 4-8 people and consists of 5 separate areas, including a bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a comfortable salon, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and a set of bunk beds. Additionally, there are 2 separate toilets and a shared shower room available. Our property is located in a picturesque area of France, offering stunning views of the woodland and the River Cère, which borders our expansive grounds. This serene setting provides a relaxing atmosphere. We are proud to hold a full drinks license, allowing us to serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast is included in your stay, and evening meals can be arranged upon request. Our amenities include a swimming pool and table tennis, which are shared among all of our guests. The 1-acre grounds are beautifully landscaped and feature a small river beach, perfect for river bathing.

The gite*** is a charming independent house that has been awarded a 3-star rating by ClèVacances. It offers comfortable accommodation with a spacious bedroom featuring a double bed and a single bed, as well as another bedroom with 1 single bed and a set of bunk beds. The house includes a bathroom and a separate toilet for added convenience.

You'll love the welcoming ambiance of the large living room, complete with a cozy open fireplace. Additional sleeping options are available with a double bed/settee and a small futon. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

Outside, you can enjoy the privacy of a private garden, perfect for leisurely barbecues. Each room is equipped with electric wall heaters to keep you warm during colder months.

For added entertainment, the property also features an outdoor swimming pool and a table tennis area.

Directions

To reach our location, follow these travel directions:

1. If you are starting from Aurillac, take the N122 road towards Figeac. After approximately 1 km past Sansac de Marmiesse, you will find us on the right-hand side.

2. If you are coming from Figeac, take the N122 road towards Aurillac. After passing the turning to St. Mamet, continue for about 3 km, and you will find us.

Please note that it is advised not to rely on GPS or electronic plans when traveling from Aurillac or Figeac, as they may direct you down farm lanes.
