Our premises boast a refreshing swimming pool accompanied by an elevated sun terrace providing picturesque vistas of the river, garden, and woodlands. Additionally, we provide recreational activities such as table tennis, picnic tables, and BBQ facilities. Rest assured, a warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you here. Situated within an area renowned for its exceptional natural charm, our 1-acre garden is bordered by the river Cère, offering a tranquil river beach perfect for fishing or enjoying a private swim.

Description for Gite

We have three beautiful gites available for your stay. The first one, called Le Lot, can accommodate 8-9 people and offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room and toilet. Additionally, there is a cozy room downstairs with a bed/settee and an ensuite shower room, leading to a large living room/dining room area with an American kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy a sun terrace, a picnic table, and a BBQ.

The second gite, Le Cantal, is perfect for 4-6 people and features 2 large double bedrooms.

Lastly, we have the Aurillac apartment, located on the first floor of the main house, suitable for 4-7 people. This apartment boasts 4 bedrooms, with one having an ensuite shower room (including a shower and washbasin), and the other 3 bedrooms equipped with washbasins. Inside, you will find a comfortable salon with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and 2 toilets.

All three accommodations share a magnificent 1-acre garden, which is bordered by a river featuring a small river beach. Within the garden, you can also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, table tennis, picnic tables, and BBQ facilities.

Nous sommes désolées Madame Boudjelal n’a pas aimée notre propriété. La piscine est une bonne taille pour chambres d’hôtes et Gîtes qui est 9.3m x 4.7m x1.32m. Les autres visiteurs qui restent chez nous aiment notre piscine, terrasse du soleil et le jardin avec une petite plage de la rivière beaucoup. Nous avons le beau paysage dans les environs de notre propriété et une belle rivière bordant notre jardin de ½ hectare. Madame Boudjelal a exagéré l’impact de la route. C’est commode chez nous pour visiter tout les hauts lieux du tourisme régional sans isolé.

Le petit dejeuner copieux avec d"excellentes confitures "maison" et les repas etient de bonne qualite. La piscine est bonne en ete. Reposant. Difficile pour trouver par gps

bonnes prestations, accueil, service petit déjeuner, excellentes confitures, propreté impeccable de la chambre, mais quel dommage que la proximité immédiate de la route nationale empêche de profiter relax de la petite piscine et de l'espace extérieur , le sommeil n'est néanmoins pas perturbé grace au double vitrage, à recommander pour une nuit !

If you are coming from Aurillac, head towards Figeac on the N122. Our location will be on the right, approximately 1 km after passing Sansac de Marmiesse.

If you are coming from Figeac, take the N122 towards Aurillac. Look out for a turning to St. Mamet, and we are about 3 km after that.

Please note that it is advisable not to rely on GPS or electronic plans from Aurillac and Figeac, as they may direct you through farm lanes.
