With a size of 50m², the house offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, along with two sofa beds in the lounge. A baby bed is also available if needed.The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, and oven. Additionally, there is a baby chair for your convenience. The house also provides entertainment for children with toys and books. The large bay window in the living room overlooks the beautiful garden, and there is a spacious terrace of 45m² with garden chairs and a barbecue. The garden itself is well landscaped.
Upon your arrival, you will find a map and tourist information to help you explore the area. The house is conveniently located just 8 minutes from Rouen, known for its historic art. The highway is only 5 minutes away, providing easy access to the stunning Alabaster Coast within 45 minutes. The Seine River is also just 15 minutes away, offering scenic routes such as Duclair and the Fruit Route, Jumieges Abbey Road, and St Wandrille.
