Just a 5-minute stroll from the Place de l'Horloge, 10 minutes from the Palais des Papes, and 15 minutes from the Doms Garden and the Avignon Bridge, La Maison Augustin offers easy access to the city's most iconic landmarks. The Théâtre des Carmes, Théâtre des Halles, and Théâtre du Balcon are also within walking distance, ensuring you are at the heart of Avignon's vibrant cultural, nightlife, and social scene.

Welcome to Augustin's spacious house, where you and your group of 8 to 16 people can enjoy all the comforts you need. Inside, you'll find a large living room under the roof, complete with a grand dining table set up by Augustin himself. This area also features two convertible sofas for extra sleeping space. Additionally, there are three bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas.

The kitchens are stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a refrigerator with a freezer section, microwave oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettles, electric and French press coffee makers, teapots, complete crockery, kitchen equipment, corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. There are ample seating options with a total of 18 chairs.

The large living room boasts two convertible sofas (140 × 190), two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. A table with six chairs is provided, and an additional table can be added to create a larger dining area. For families with children, there is even a school desk equipped with games.

As for sleeping arrangements, there are a total of 16 beds available. This includes two 140 × 190 beds in a separate bedroom, one 140 × 190 bed with two 90 × 190 beds in the brides room, and four double sofa beds (with an extra bed available if needed).

Each bathroom is equipped with a 90 × 90 shower, a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer. If you require additional amenities such as an iron, ironing board, cot, or an extra bed (80 × 190), simply make a request.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, shower gel, soap, towels, and sheets. We also gladly welcome pets.

Directions

The accommodation is located a 12-minute walk from Avignon center train station.

If you are arriving by car, you have the option to park at the Italiens car park and take a complimentary shuttle bus to get closer to the accommodation. Both the shuttle bus and parking are free of charge.

Another parking option is the Les Halles car park, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. However, please note that there is a fee of 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour for the rest of the day.

If you prefer to park elsewhere and drop off your luggage, you can take the route "Thiers," then turn right onto "Paul Sain" until you reach "Portail Matheron" street. This will place you just 50 meters away from the accommodation.
