'Soggiorno Venere’ is a charming and comfortable guesthouse, specializing in Bed & Breakfast accommodations. Situated on the second floor, this family-owned establishment is meticulously cleaned daily and has recently undergone a complete renovation.Conveniently located near the central station ‘Santa Maria Novella’ and the popular San Lorenzo market, it is also in close proximity to the Fortezza da Basso and the Palazzo dei Congressi, where major trade fairs and exhibits take place. Within a short walking distance, you can easily access the historical center and explore the renowned monuments and museums.
Our rooms are designed to accommodate one to three guests, each featuring a private bathroom. As our valued guest, you will be provided with a set of keys, allowing you the freedom to enter and exit the building at your convenience, even during nighttime.

Directions
By train: From S.M. Novella Central Station, which is 200 meters away (a 10-minute walk), stand with your back to the train tracks and exit through the left-hand exit (the one with a platform roofing and many bus stops). Cross the street to your right, then turn left onto Largo Alinari. Keep walking straight on this road, which will change its name to National. Guelph Street will be the third street on your left. After approximately 20 meters, you will pass the restaurant "La Gratella", and Soggiorno Venere will be located at number 59.
By car: Follow the street signs indicating ‘Centro’/‘Stazione S.M. Novella’/‘Fortezza da Basso’ (exhibit hall) on the road map. Drive along the wide avenue known as ‘I Viali’ until you reach Viale Lavagnini. At the first set of traffic lights, turn right (towards Parking Central Market) and continue onto S. Catherine of Alexandria. Proceed straight, passing Independence Square, and continue onto National street. Via Guelfa will be the first street on your right (there is always a traffic light with flashing yellow). Soggiorno Venere is located at number 59.
You can unload your luggage and find parking on adjacent avenues or in private car parks.
By plane: The closest airport is ‘Aeroporto A. Vespucci’ in Florence. The airport provides a shuttle bus service to S.M. Novella station, which departs every half hour. Alternatively, there is also a 24-hour taxi service available.
The historical center is a 5-minute walk away.
