Our accommodations are situated either in our historic farmhouse or in a recently renovated outhouse adjacent to it. Each room is equipped with a spacious double bed measuring either 160 cm or 180 cm, along with a private bathroom. Additionally, we offer two family rooms specifically designed for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. These rooms are tastefully furnished with antique pieces, with the exception of the luxurious bedding which has been thoughtfully selected to ensure a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. For your convenience, each room is equipped with catering facilities, allowing you to enjoy tea or coffee within the comfort of your own space.Description for Gite
This gite is perfect for six people and is situated in a charming outhouse adjacent to our farmhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a kitchen corner. There is also a spacious bedroom with an attached bathroom and toilet. Moving up to the first floor, you will discover two bedrooms - one furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm each). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, we offer bike rental services for your convenience.Reviews

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:
- Start from Paris and head towards the Bordeaux-Nantes motorway.
- Once you reach the Saint Arnoult toll, take the direction towards Rennes-Le Mans.
- Continue on this route until you reach the exit for "La Ferté Bernard".
- Upon exiting, follow the signs for Bellême in La Ferté Bernard until you reach Saint Germain de la Coudre (D 36).
- In Saint Germain de la Coudre, take the direction towards Bellou Le Trichard.
- After approximately 4.5 km, you will come across a left turn indicated by a sign displaying various farmhouse names, including "Lauseraie".
- Turn left at this point and continue driving for 500 meters.
You will have reached your destination.
