Situated 640 meters above sea level in the picturesque village of Aizac amidst chestnut groves, this countryside cottage offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Cévennes and Ardèche Regional Natural Park of Monts d'Ardèche. With stunning views of the Volane and Besorgues valleys, you can explore the area's young volcanoes, including the impressive Cup of Volcano Aizac, which has stood for 80,000 years.

This comfortable ground floor cottage accommodates four people and features a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Pets are also welcome with prior agreement for an additional fee of 15€.

In addition to the numerous hiking trails, there are plenty of outdoor activities available such as fishing, climbing, mountain biking, canyoning, and kayaking. If you prefer a more relaxing experience, you can enjoy swimming in the nearby rivers or play tennis.

Breakfast and picnic reservations can be arranged for your excursions.

The rental rates are as follows:
- High Season (29/06-31/08): 500€/week
- Mid Season (May-June-September + school vacations): 300€/week
- Low Season: 200€/week
- Weekend rates: Mid Season: 200€, Low Season: 160€

Discounts are available for extended stays: -10% for two consecutive weeks and -15% for three weeks.

Located in the heart of the Cévennes and Ardèche Regional Nature Park, this charming country cottage offers tranquility and a close connection with nature. Situated 640 meters above sea level in the small village of AIZAC, surrounded by beautiful chestnut trees, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Volane valleys to the East and Besorgues valleys to the West from Aizac Pass.

Immerse yourself in the area's natural beauty by exploring the numerous hiking trails that lead to the young volcanoes of Ardèche, including the impressive Cup of Volcano Aizac, which overlooks the village and offers a glimpse into the area's geological past. For the sport enthusiasts, activities such as fishing, climbing, mountain biking, canyoning, swimming, tennis, kayaking, and hiking await you.

The comfortable ground floor cottage can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The cottage also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding garden. Pets are welcome.

Additionally, we offer breakfast and picnic reservations for your hiking adventures. Rates vary depending on the season: High Season (29/06-31/08) is €500 per week, Mid Season (May-June-September + school holidays) is €300 per week, and Low Season is €200 per week. Directions

To reach VALS LES BAINS, which is located 10 km north of AUBENAS, follow the directions towards "The Cheylard" and "Antraigues Volane." When you reach Vals les Bains, avoid taking the D 243 road towards Aizac on the left. Instead, continue on the D 578 road that will lead you through the Volane valley. Along this route, you may notice some impressive basaltic flows from the Aizac volcano. After passing through several hamlets, you will reach the village of Antraigues. Leave this picturesque village on your right and take the first left road towards AIZAC. This road will lead you to the Col d'Aizac, which is at an altitude of 642 m.
