The living room comprises a retractable bed for two people (measuring 140x195) and a sofa bed (measuring 140x200), along with a designated dining area.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a hob, a combi oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower (measuring 140x80) and a toilet.
The studio is conveniently located near cycle paths and is only 2 km away from the town center, where you can find a market and shopping centers.
This property is available for weekly rentals or a minimum of two nights. Please note that the adult tourist tax must be paid on-site according to the current rates. Cleaning services are not included, and guests are required to bring their own sheets and household linen. A mandatory accommodation deposit of 300 is also required per stay.
