The villa boasts an inviting swimming pool measuring 8 meters by 4, set within a spacious enclosed land spanning 2,200m². Private parking is also available for your convenience. For relaxation and leisure, we offer a cozy rest room with a selection of board games and a library. Furthermore, a petanque court is available for those who enjoy this traditional French game.
