This traditional farmhouse has been renovated and is perfect for you and your family. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 babies, offering complete privacy.
Internal Description:
- Fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster, multi-function robot, electric mixer, electric knife, various crockery and kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, and cooker.
- Cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player, radio, dining table with 6 chairs, and a highchair.
- Two bedrooms with 140 x 90 beds, wardrobes, and baby beds (1 crib and 1 umbrella bed available upon request).
- Separate toilet and bathroom with washbasin, shower, and heated towel rack.
- Additional amenities include electric radiators for heating, iron and ironing board, and baby equipment such as high chairs, booster chairs, plastic tub, and toilet gear.

- Private parking area, garden furniture, parasol, and stone barbecue.

- Linen provided upon request, including bed sheets, towels, washcloths, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, and napkins (10 per room per stay).
Local Activities:
- Within 1 km: bar-tabac, bakery, auto garage, library, multimedia center, tennis court, petanque, fishing pond, hiking trails, ostrich and duck feeding farm with tastings of farm products every Thursday evening, and Chapelle Saint Jean de la Lande with an annual pilgrimage on June 24.
- Within 10 kms: canoeing and kayaking, shopping, horseback riding, swimming, cinema, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, opticians, etc.
- Local markets on different days of the week in nearby towns.

- Etang de La Jemaye, Brantome (known as "the Venice of the Perigord") and its abbey, Villars Cave with its paintings and crystallizations, Aubeterre (one of the most beautiful villages of France) and its monolithic church, Périgueux with its Gallo-Roman history and charming old town, Bourdeilles and its castle, and more.
A little history: The Périgord region is symbolized by four colors: white for stone, black for truffles, purple for wine, and green for forests.
Price: €40 per day or €14 per hour until the following morning at 10 am, regardless of the number of people (weekly rental also available). A refundable deposit of €150 is required upon arrival.
